Media Work Credential
Admission to the 2022 California Mid-State Fair shall be granted to all working media, pending approval by CMSF officials. You must fill out THIS MEDIA WORK CREDENTIAL FORM HERE (closed) no later than Friday, July 15, 2022. The application form applies to all reporters, cameramen, photographers, announcers and working assistants. If approved, admission will be granted for all twelve days of the Fair. You will be notified via email of approval/denial no later than Monday, July 18, 2022.
Permission to take 'general' photographs at the 2022 California Mid-State Fair, using ‘personal’ grade cameras, shall be granted/denied in the same fashion as the above MEDIA WORK CREDENTIAL policy. Please fill out THIS FORM HERE (closed) no later than Friday, July 15, 2022. You will be notified via email of approval/denial no later than Monday, July 18, 2022. If approved, you will need to be given, and wear at all times, a “PHOTO” badge (details will be sent to you via email). Complimentary admission is not included. Personal cameras are allowed, but professional cameras are not. Standard Lenses (17-50mm, 18-55mm, etc.) are allowed and Telephoto Lenses (24-70mm, 70-200mm, etc.) are not. Audio and video recording is strictly prohibited.
To be granted an official photography credential and thus have permission to take 'specific artist' photographs of acts appearing as part of the 2022 Bud Light Seltzer Concert Series shall be granted/denied on a case-by-case basis, pending approval of CMSF officials and artist management. You must email Tom Keffury at email@example.com no later than Friday, July 8, 2022 with your specific request. You will be notified via email of approval/denial no later than Friday, July 15, 2022 (closed).
