The California Mid-State Fair is pleased to showcase the talents of local high school students across San Luis Obispo County who have designed a variety of projects from welding and wood working. The students designed large scale projects like BBQs, trailers, shop benches, porch swing, coffee tables, wine racks, and more.
The Industrial Arts Auction preview takes place Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:00 am, Awards at Noon followed by the Auction, The Stockyard/Headliner Stage
These stunning projects are displayed in The Stockyard for community members to view throughout the Fair.
