PASO ROBLES, Calif. – The California Mid-State Fair is bringing country charm and agricultural pride to the 2027 Fair with “Hay Days of Summer,” a theme celebrating the farmers, ranchers, traditions and community spirit that make California’s Central Coast special.
Agriculture is at the heart of the California Mid-State Fair, from livestock and agricultural exhibits to the food we enjoy every day. The 2027 theme will celebrate that heritage while inviting fairgoers to join the fun through themed dress-up days, interactive displays, photo opportunities and activities for all ages.
The theme will also inspire the Fair’s Exhibits program, encouraging community members to showcase their creativity through arts and crafts, homegrown goods and homemade creations. Details about 2027 Exhibits categories, entry deadlines and submission requirements will be announced soon. Beginners are welcome, and community members are encouraged to start planning their entries and are invited to attend the monthly Craft Classes being offered at the Paso Robles Event Center.
Fairgoers can look forward to the top-name entertainment, carnival rides, food, exhibits and family-friendly experiences that make the California Mid-State Fair a favorite summer tradition, with plenty of country spirit woven throughout.
So dust off those boots, break out the overalls and get ready for “Hay Days of Summer”!
