There is no sharing of spaces. Different vendors/products must apply for their own space.
Rental Fee for Winter Market: Includes all three days of event and nearby daytime vendor parking – no overnight parking or overnight watchman service). Must participate all three days.
10' x 10' Indoor Space - $180
10’x20’ Indoor Space - $210
Additional Optional Fees:
$2 per folding chair rental per Market
$10 per 8-foot table rental per Market
$20 access to electricity per Market (available at specific spaces only)
$35 general liability insurance through CFSA per Market
$50 overnight camping or trailer/vehicle parking per night (limited)
Requirements: All current County health and safety regulations must be adhered to.

San Luis Obispo County Health Permit (for all consumable items)
General Liability Insurance (or purchase special event insurance through PREC)
PREC Rental Agreement (provided once approved)
Event space opens to vendors two hours before the event and closes one hour after the end of public hours each day. Teardown and move out of any overnight vehicles must be completed no later than one hour after the end of the Market on Sunday. Booths do not need to be taken down between days – PREC is not responsible for any items left overnight however.
Vendor is responsible for any and all sales tax reporting.
