Online reservations are required to camp at the Paso Robles Event Center. Please follow the steps below to secure your space.

STEP 2
Once you receive confirmation of availability, fill out reservation form that you received via email
STEP 3
Receive location confirmation and window placard
STEP 4
Fill out COVID-19 form for each individual in your group (Spanish)
STEP 5
Bring all paperwork upon arrival (COVID form and window placard)
Rules & Regulations
RATES & PAYMENT: Please refer to our website for up to date rates and current forms of payment accepted. CHECK IN / OUT TIMES: Check in is at 1:00 pm (must arrive between 1pm-3pm or make special arrangements thru the administration office during normal business hours). Check out is at 12:00 noon. Early check in and late check out is permitted at the discretion of the PREC Staff, space permitting.
LOCATIONS: Once the reservation is completed a location and space # will be emailed to you.
MAXIMUM STAY: You must leave the park after 10 nights. You may request to return to the RV Park after 2 nights. Emergency extensions to the 10 day limit may be made to the PREC Staff or the Administration Office.
PETS: Pets must be leashed or in a cage. If tethered outside, owner must also be present. Excessive barking is not allowed. Please clean up after your pet.
TOW VEHICLES: You are allowed one vehicle in addition to your RV. This vehicle must be parked within designated RV space unless otherwise instructed by the PREC Staff. Additional vehicles and trailers will be directed to park in an area designated by the PREC Staff, overnight parking of these vehicles will be charged $5.00 per night.
QUIET TIME: No loud voices, music, or noise is permitted from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
SPEED LIMIT/PARKING: Drive with caution. The speed limit is 5 miles per hour throughout the Fairgrounds and is strictly enforced. Children and pets are always present.
BATHROOM: RV campers must be fully contained due to Covid 19. We will not be opening any additional restrooms or shower facilities.
GATES: If staying on-grounds the designated gate is open from approximately 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Once it is closed, you must open and close gate to exit and enter. Please do not leave gate open.
TRASH: If staying on-grounds there will be designated trash and recycle bins. All Trash must be placed in bins.
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS: Not available.
