Aerosmith Back!

The California Mid-State Fair is pleased to announce Aerosmith has been confirmed for Monday, July 26, 2010, in the Main Grandstand Arena. One of the biggest, most enduring and thrilling bands in rock history, Aerosmith will make a spectacular return to Paso Robles this summer with the COCKED, LOCKED, READY TO ROCK TOUR! In 2007, the group first played the California Mid-State Fair in a show sold out in less then two hours.

Aerosmith is the bestselling American rock band of all time, having sold more than 150 million albums worldwide, including 66.5 million albums in the United States alone. Band members Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer promise to deliver a fistful of knockout, heart-pounding songs, including “Sweet Emotion”, “Dream On” and “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.”

For almost four decades, the band has performed electrifying sold out concerts around the world. They have won four Grammy Awards, as well as numerous other awards but Aerosmith remains most well known for their spectacular live shows. Guitarist Brad Whitford said, "I'm not sure who is happier, the band or the fans. Can't wait to get started. We'll see you this summer."

Tickets for the show will be $55, $70, $90 and $115 and will go on sale Friday, June 11th at 10:00a. They can be purchased at the CMSF box office, www.midstatefair.com, 1-800-909-FAIR or any ValliTix outlet.

The 2010 California Mid-State Fair runs July 21, 2010, through August 1, 2010. This year’s theme is “Endless Summer Fun.”
