Competition Handbooks Available

Official Competition Handbooks (Premium Books) are now available for the 2010 California Mid-State Fair. Inside the handbooks you’ll find all the information needed to enter in the Open Still Exhibits, Junior Still Exhibits, Special Stars, 4-H and FFA Still Exhibits, Industrial Education Exhibits plus all the Junior Livestock Entry information.

Official Competition Handbooks can be picked up in person at the California Mid-State Fair Administration office, located at 2198 Riverside Avenue in Paso Robles, or downloaded on-line at www.midstatefair.com.

Important entry deadlines to remember are:

-April 16: Home Winemaking
-June 14: Ag Exhibits, Arts & Crafts, Home Arts, Visual Arts, Landscaping, Special Stars, Industrial Education and Junior Livestock
-June 21: Home Brew* (on-line entry only)
-July 12: Ag Produce, Floriculture
-July 19: Public Judging

The Horse Show book containing all entry information and deadlines will be out shortly – please keep checking the website, www.midstatefair.com.

The public is encouraged to enter via the Internet as it guarantees a more accurate entry process and saves time. Just click on the “Enter On-Line” tab at the top of the home page at www.midstatefair.com.

The 2010 California Mid-State Fair runs July 21, 2010, through August 1, 2010. This year’s theme is “Endless Summer Fun.”
